Who processes your data

Swan Collection is the trading name of DIALOGO COMPOSTO Lda., NIPC 517124424, registered office at Rua Praia da Saúde, n.º 15E · 2900-572 Setúbal (AMI licence 21840) - the entity responsible for processing your data. For any question about your data: leads@swancollection.pt.

What data we collect

Only the data you send us on your own initiative through the contact forms: your name, your contact details (email and/or phone) and the message you write, including the reference of the property you are writing about.

We do not collect browsing data for advertising, we do not use marketing cookies and we do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Bot protection

To stop automated programs from sending fake requests in your name, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a service by Cloudflare, Inc. that silently checks that the sender is a person. That check may process technical data about your device and connection, as described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. It is not used for advertising or to identify you.

What we use it for

Solely to answer your request and to follow the purchase, sale or rental process it relates to. Requests enter our internal system and are forwarded to our coordination team, who assign them to a consultant.

For how long

For as long as the commercial contact lasts and, after that, for the periods required by the legislation applicable to real estate brokerage.

Your rights

You may at any time ask us for access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing. Simply write to leads@swancollection.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD), at cnpd.pt.

Hosting and service providers

To operate, the website and our internal system rely on hosting and infrastructure providers that offer adequate guarantees of security and confidentiality, and that process data only on our instructions. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Transfers outside the European Union

If any of these providers processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer only takes place under the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR (an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

Minors

This website is not aimed at children under 16. We ask that they do not send us personal data; if we become aware that we have collected it inadvertently, we will delete it.

Sensitive data

Please do not send us sensitive data (for example, about health, beliefs or racial origin). If it is sent to us unnecessarily, it will be deleted.

Changes to this policy

We may adjust this policy over time. When we do, the updated version will be available on this page.
