Whistleblowing channel

What it is

Under Law no. 93/2021 of 20 December, which establishes the general regime for the protection of whistleblowers, DIALOGO COMPOSTO Lda. provides a channel for reporting breaches that come to your attention in the context of our activity.

What can be reported

Practices that constitute breaches in the areas covered by the law - namely public procurement, the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, personal data protection, consumer protection and safety - of which you have direct knowledge in the course of a professional relationship with the company.

Guarantees for whistleblowers

The whistleblower's identity is confidential and is handled in compliance with data protection legislation. The law prohibits retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, submits a well-founded report. Reports are analysed impartially and the whistleblower is informed of the follow-up given.

Reports can be submitted in writing to leads@swancollection.pt, with «Canal de Denúncias» in the subject line.
